The second semester statistically represents the high season of congress and conferences, this year we have counted the services provided and the data confirm that the central week of October is the most prolific of the year:

The data are mere information, but behind every single number there is much more: there is a lot of work, commitment, dedication and passion on the part of every person that makes up our team and the numbers are just to remember this: big numbers are possible thanks to the work of everyone and the quality of the numbers themselves is only possible with the harmony and synergy of different skills.

Our continuous commitment to quality of service

We have obtained the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification. 19/10/2018 - Firenze
After 13 years of ISO certification renewals, this year the inspection visit concerned the transition to the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. 
The new 2015 version introduces very significant changes in the design of the Quality Management System. 
These are the main news: 
• Introduction of risk analysis in the organization; 
• Better integration with other business activities; 
• Distribution of related responsibilities throughout the organization; 
• More emphasis on performance monitoring. 
The adaptation to the new quality standard represented a challenge for the personnel involved: it was an opportunity to carry out a detailed analysis of risks and processes able to improve the interconnections between the business units and focus the areas of internal improvement in order to make our activity more effective and efficient.
It was also an opportunity to reinforce in our staff the meaning of Service Quality, understood as the evolution of the technical service in relationship service, where the focus is the harmonious synergy between the company functions, the customer care or the internal and external relations in the long term. 

Many companies are choosing a roadshow format for their events

In corporate sector the growing trend among events is roadshow, a format that allows to leave trade fairs and exclusive locations to bring company’s brand experience all around.

The advantage of this format is the possibility to move the event so close to your target audience, which is sometimes indifferent to mass advertising.
Whether if to present a new product or to raise brand awareness, roadshow is certainly an effective formula thanks to the mix of technology and digital that stimulates word of mouth and sharing via social, then amplifying results in terms of consumer loyalty and sales.

In this first part of 2018 more and more companies have relied on our experience and creativity to turn on their events. For our department specializing in corporate events the main challenge is to design a technological and scenographic format tailored to every occasion and adaptable to different locations, while maintaining concept’s main features. To ensure the operating standard during serial events such as roadshow it is crucial to rely on technical teams prepared to handle tiresome tour dates, in which set ups and disassembles moments are alternated rapidly.

Ledwall, architectural and immersive projections, augmented reality and live streaming... These are just some tech solutions that combine innovative and tailor-made services designed to meet company's communication and teambuilding needs, such as 3D shooting in greenscreen, videoconferencing systems or remote questions to reach employees in distant locations.

Thanks to the most advanced A / V technology and IT solutions, there is no limit to the spectacularity of the roadshow!
